The pupil then has the chance to fully develop what he or she has learned, without ever becoming disillusioned with practising or losing the pleasure of playing.

Step by Step = A Varied method to achieve precise objectives

This method is divided into 14 lessons, each structured in the same way. The pupil advances step by step, learning each subject or aspect of playing efficiently. Step by Step contains lip exercises, mouth exercises(buzzing),listening and technical exercises, reading notes and rhythms, games and written exercises.These elements are initially presented individually and then integrated in a short piece, Each lesson ends with a medley of well-known songs which reinforce the content of the lesson.

Step by Step = Volume 1 includes 1 DVD and 2 CDs

The first volume is accompanied by a most useful education supplement, a DVD on which the pupil can find all the necessary information to start learning the trumpet - how to put the trumpet together, how to hold it, the best position for playing and how to produce a sound, how to look after the instrument etc. The two CDs contain the accompaniments for each exercise or piece, as well as a demonstration of most of the melodies.
