FREE Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on order value over £25.00. Free Shipping delivery means that the items will arrive 2 to 4 days later than the standard First Class Option. This offer applies to orders within the United Kingdom only. Free Delivery is not currently available to orders shipped outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times 

Items are posted via Royal Mail within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. Weekend Purchases are posted on Monday.

1st Class Items should reach you within 1 - 3 working days

2nd Class Items should reach you within 3 to 5 working days

Standard Parcel Items should reach you within 3 to 5 working days

Airmail items can take anytime between 3 to 21 working days to reach you.

If your item has not arrived, please do not panic. First, check with your neighbour, your postman and your local sorting office. Then, contact Arts Banquet and we will sort it out for you. Please bear in mind however, that Royal Mail requires a 14 working day period to have passed before claims can be made with them. Any replacements or refunds can thus only be processed after this period of time has passed.

Backorders

If you have placed an order for an item and it is out of stock, we will let you know immediately. You can then either cancel your order for that item, or if you would like to wait for the item, we will ship it to you at a later date when it becomes available at no extra postage costs to you.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are in any way not satisfied with your item, we offer a 100% no quibble money back guarantee on items within 14 days of receipt. Please e-mail sales@artsbanquet.co.uk to let us know and then return the item securely wrapped in its original condition and packaging. A full refund of the purchase price is given, but refunds do not include postage costs (unless it was our error or the item was faulty)

Recorded delivery is recommended when you return the item.
