Folk and More for Violin is a great book of sixteen varied pieces. As well as folk it contains music of Romantic and Slavonic influence. The pieces are ideal to play in the first three positions and use relatively easy fingerings. There is usually less need for the second position but in this book its appropriate application will be beneficial.
